As a shy teenager, I often dreaded going to high school  -  not because I wasn't smart.

I was super shy, had no self confidence and had very few friends. Most days, I walked the halls with my head held down, refused to make eye contact with students or teachers & struggled to make it through the day.   It was only when I graduated and went into the US Air Force, that I discovered my voice and learned to appreciate who I was as a person.

This course will teach your  shy student the skills, tools and techniques  I learned much later in life.  She will learn to make friends, tame the mental chaos and become the best version of herself.
